Ocean Theme Mug

On Friday, May 2nd, let Sherry walk you through the steps of hand-building a mug, as well as creating an ocean or a beach scene of your choice on that mug. To assist you with creating your ocean scene or sea scape, you will be provided with texture tools for use and be shown how to use slips or underglaze and carving tools to create designs. Each mug will be as unique as its creator.
Once your mug dries and is kiln-fired (to become bisqueware), you will return on Wednesday, May 14th, to glaze the mug before it goes for a final kiln firing.
This lesson is suitable for adults of all skills levels. All materials and firings are included in the price.
