Intro to Visual Art for Kids 🎨👧👦

IThis course introduces children to the fundamentals of visual art in a fun and approachable way. Students will explore proportional drawing, perspective, and painting with both acrylic and watercolour. They’ll also learn the basics of color mixing and color theory, helping them build a strong foundation while expressing their creativity.

Week 1: Proportional drawing
Learn techniques on how to draw an animal with accurate representation.

Week 2: Intro to acrylic paint
Paint your animal using acrylic paint

Week 3: Perspective drawing
Understanding the importance of perspective in drawing

Week 4: Intro to watercolour paint
Painting a nature scene using perspective drawing and watercolour paint✨ Beginner-friendly, no prior experience required
